Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of the HireHub website (www.hirehub.cloud), the HireHub application (app.hirehub.cloud), and all related services (collectively, the “Platform”).

By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

2. Definitions

In these Terms:

  • “HireHub”, “we”, “us”, “our” refers to HireHub, a company registered in the United Kingdom.
  • “User” refers to any individual or organisation accessing the Platform.
  • “Employer” refers to a business or organisation posting jobs or accessing candidate profiles.
  • “Candidate” refers to an individual creating a profile, uploading a CV, or applying for jobs.
  • “Services” refers to job posting, AI matching, CV tools, verification, advertising, and related services.
  • “Verification” refers to identity or training checks provided via third-party services.
  • “AI Matching” refers to automated matching tools provided within the Platform.


3. Eligibility

3.1 Users must be at least 18 years of age.
3.2 Users must provide accurate, current, and complete information.
3.3 HireHub reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that provide false or misleading information.

4. Account Registration & Security

4.1 Users must create an account to access certain features.
4.2 Multi-factor authentication (MFA) is mandatory for both Employers and Candidates.
4.3 Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
4.4 HireHub is not liable for unauthorised access resulting from user negligence.

5. Description of Services

HireHub provides a digital recruitment platform enabling:

  • Employers to post jobs and browse candidates
  • Candidates to create profiles and upload CVs
  • AI-assisted job matching
  • Identity verification services
  • Optional cyber security training services
  • Advertising placements

HireHub acts solely as a technology platform facilitating introductions between Employers and Candidates.

HireHub is not a recruitment agency and does not act as an employer.

6. Employer Terms

6.1 Employers are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of job postings.
6.2 Employers must comply with UK employment and equality laws.
6.3 Employers are responsible for employment contracts, payment of wages, and compliance with right-to-work checks.
6.4 HireHub does not verify employment eligibility unless explicitly stated.
6.5 Employers must not post discriminatory, misleading, or unlawful content.
Final hiring decisions are made exclusively by Employers.

7. Candidate Terms

7.1 Candidates are responsible for ensuring their profile information is accurate and truthful.
7.2 Candidates must ensure they are legally entitled to work in the UK where applicable.
7.3 Verification badges confirm identity validation only and do not represent skill endorsement.
7.4 Candidates are responsible for their communications with Employers.

8. Fees and Payments

8.1 Employers may be charged for job postings, subscriptions, and optional AI add-ons.
8.2 Candidates may be charged for CV services, verification services, and training services.
8.3 All prices are listed in GBP and may be subject to VAT.
8.4 Payments are processed securely via third-party payment providers.
8.5 Fees are non-refundable except where required by law.

HireHub reserves the right to modify pricing with reasonable notice.

9. No Employment Relationship

9.1 HireHub does not employ Candidates.
9.2 HireHub does not guarantee job placement.
9.3 HireHub does not guarantee candidate suitability.
9.4 Employment contracts are strictly between Employers and Candidates.
9.5 HireHub bears no responsibility for payment of wages or employment disputes.

10. AI Matching Disclaimer

10.1 AI Matching tools assist in identifying potential matches based on data inputs.
10.2 AI outputs are probabilistic and not guaranteed.
10.3 Human oversight may apply.
10.4 HireHub is not liable for decisions made based on AI-generated results.

11. Verification Disclaimer

11.1 Identity verification confirms document validation through third-party providers.
11.2 Verification does not guarantee competence, reliability, or suitability for employment.
11.3 Employers remain responsible for conducting due diligence.

12. User Conduct

Users must not:

  • Submit false information
  • Engage in fraud
  • Harass other users
  • Attempt to interfere with platform functionality
  • Circumvent payment systems
  • Upload unlawful or harmful content

HireHub may suspend or terminate accounts for violations.

13. Intellectual Property

13.1 HireHub retains ownership of all intellectual property in the Platform.
13.2 Users retain ownership of content they upload.
13.3 Users grant HireHub a non-exclusive licence to display and process uploaded content for platform operation.

14. Limitation of Liability

14.1 The Platform is provided on an “as is” basis.
14.2 HireHub shall not be liable for:

  • Employment outcomes
  • Loss of profits
  • Indirect or consequential losses
  • Disputes between Employers and Candidates

    14.3 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death, personal injury, or fraud where prohibited by UK law.
    14.4 Where permitted by law, HireHub’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User in the preceding 12 months.

15. Indemnity

Users agree to indemnify HireHub against claims arising from:

  • Breach of these Terms
  • Misrepresentation
  • Unlawful activity
  • Employment disputes

16. Suspension & Termination

HireHub may suspend or terminate accounts for:
  • Breach of these Terms
  • Fraudulent activity
  • Non-payment
  • Regulatory compliance reasons Users may close accounts at any time via account settings.

17. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Users should review the Privacy Policy for detailed information.

18. Third-Party Services

HireHub integrates third-party services including payment processors and identity verification providers.

HireHub is not responsible for the independent actions of these third parties.

19. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

20. Changes to These Terms

HireHub may update these Terms periodically.

Continued use of the Platform following updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
