All prices on HireHub are shown in GBP (£).

VAT is applied where applicable and will be clearly shown at checkout and on invoices.

VAT invoices and payment receipts are available for all completed transactions and can be downloaded from your account.

You can close a job listing at any time once you’ve hired.

Browsing allows employers to:

  • View candidate profiles
  • Filter candidates
  • Contact candidates directly through the platform

Browsing plans do not include job postings unless an add-on is selected.

Yes.

An AI job posting can be added as an optional add-on when using browsing plans.

Yes.

You can upgrade your plan at any time. Any remaining value may be applied as a credit where applicable.

Candidate Pricing FAQs

Yes.

Creating a candidate account is free. Charges only apply to optional services such as CV tools or verification.

The AI CV Builder includes:

Identity verification is optional but strongly recommended.

Verified candidates may receive higher employer trust and visibility.

Refunds, Cancellations & Changes

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with HireHub’s Terms & Conditions.   As a general rule:
  • Used services are non-refundable
  • Errors or technical issues may be reviewed

Yes.

You can cancel subscriptions from your account settings. Access remains active until the end of the current billing period.

If a payment fails:
  • You’ll be notified
  • Access to paid features may be paused until payment is resolved

Legal & Responsibility Clarification

HireHub provides a technology platform to connect employers and candidates. 

  • Final hiring decisions rest with employers
  • Payment of wages and employment terms are handled outside HireHub
  • HireHub does not influence employment decisions
